About us

The Plant Pathology Graduate program has an excellent national reputation with a top tier doctoral program (NRC 2010) and outstanding faculty committed to graduate education.  The program offers an outstanding array of courses, excellent research facilities and strong interdisciplinary collaborations.  The Department of Plant Pathology has strong research, teaching and extension outreach programs that cover basic and applied aspects of plant pathology, plant-microbe interactions and plant health management.

Faculty are located on Ohio State's Columbus campus and the Ohio Agricultural Research and Development Center (OARDC) in Wooster, Ohio about 90 miles (145 km) northeast of Columbus.
