About us
The purpose of this certificate program is to provide evidence-based content in
palliative and end-of-life care. It is targeted to health care providers who are interested
in learning more about palliative and end-of-life care concepts, which span across the lifespan and would be useful in a variety of acute, and non-acute, healthcare and
community settings.
