Your admission is contingent upon fulfillment of any provisions or conditions noted on your notice of admission. Conditions are monitored by your program and college and must be satisfied within the timeframe specified.
Admitted students may be held in provisional status pending the receipt of official and complete transcripts and/or official proof of degree certificates that were not received at the time of admission. Provisional documents are listed in the student’s notice of admission and should be submitted by the first day of the first term of enrollment.
If provisions are requested, you must now request that each institution submit official and complete transcripts showing all work to date including a final grade and degrees earned. Ohio State students need not submit a final Ohio State transcript.
